Keerthi Sagathia, the soulful
voice behind Tum Tak from Raanjhanaa, I hate you like I love you & Sweety
Sweety Tera Pyaar from Delhi Belly, Maiya Maiya from Guru and many more is now
ready to give the Indian music lovers tasteful and romantic music with the
launch of his first ever independent music album. The award winning singer
released his first music video for the album online as a run up to Valentine’s
Day. What makes this even more special is that the video is shot by one of
India's most celebrated concept photographer Subi Samuel, with the audio-visual
depicting the everlasting romance of a couple, sure to spark soft sentiment in
the hardest of hearts.
The video which marks both Keerthi's foray into independent
music and Subi's entry into the direction of music videos, is produced by
Rashmin Majethia of Coconut Box. The soulful music to the album has been
written and composed by Vipin Mishra.
Titled ‘Dil Bhara Nahi‘ the song begins with a playful and
spirited couple the video takes an intense turn when the female protagonist
undergoes a mishap. The story unfolds in three parts including love, languish
and loss.
The first video for the album released online today was
already a huge hit on You Tube, as a run up to Valentine’s Day and was
accompanied by a fabulous calendar reflecting the many moods of the singer also
shot by Subi and produced by Coconut Box.
From Bollywood tracks to Sufi to Folk to Retro, Keerthi
Sagathia has mesmerized you by collaborating with a range of music directors
like A R Rahman, Ram Sampath, Pritam, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Vishal & Shekhar,
Ranjit Barot, Vipin Mishra, Amratya Raut, Tapas Relia, Sandesh Shandeliya, Viju
Shah, Aadesh Srivastav and more. The versatile singer is well known for lending
his voice to the title track of Satyamev Jayate as well as a range of songs
from Delhi Belly to Dabbang 2, from Special 26 to Raanjhanaa and more. Keerthi
Sagathia received the Uninor Radio Mirchi Award in 2010, for Upcoming Playback
Singer Male for Beera Beera (Raavan) 2013. He also received The Royal Stag
Radio Mirchi Music Awards for The Best Indi-Pop for Satyamave Jayate.
