Focusing on the need to bring quality houseware to the
Indian market, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor launches a premium range of lifestyle
houseware products under the brand Sanjeev Kapoor at the HGHIndia 2015
(Homedécor, Gifts & Houseware trade show).
Sighting an evolving trend for colour and theme synchronized
houseware and kitchenware products, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor has recently launched
Sanjeev Kapoor branded premium houseware products, which brings in the missing
lifestyle experiential quotient to the houseware and kitchenware category.
These products are trendy and aesthetically designed to suit the contemporary
taste and requirements of the modern consumers. A special emphasis is laid on
the quality of products which makes it at par with the global standards. Going
forward, these products would eventually redefine the consumer experience from
storage, pre-cooking, cooking to table arrangement and dining.
The Sanjeev Kapoor range of kitchen and table linen products
includes mittens, pot holders, kitchen aprons, place mats, kitchen towels,
napkins and table runners and these are manufactured using 100% cotton fabric.
The Sanjeev Kapoor range of kitchenware products like mugs and dishes come with
different hues and prints making them look urban and sophisticated. They
constitute of porcelain, which is microwave safe.
The SK range of exclusive cutlery is beautifully crafted in
18/10 stainless steel, which is food grade hence safe for usage. It has classic
and contemporary styles that will complement any dinnerware pattern. Each piece
of cutlery is designed for perfect balance and comfort for the users. The product
is tarnish resistant having fine finish and quality, which is quite evident
from its very clean and smooth textures. In addition, there is an exclusive
high-end premium range of cutlery available under the Sanjeev Kapoor Signature
brand, which is beautifully crafted with silver-plating and gold-plating.
Commenting on the launch, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor says, “Today
food is not merely limited to the senses of taste and smell but has gone beyond
this to also include the senses of sight. Our Indian kitchens have developed
well beyond from being a place where food is only cooked to a room which home
owners are also paying attention to from a point of view of aesthetics. Having
launched FOODFOOD a few years ago, this has also been a driving concern from
our point of view where we have taken care to ensure that different elements on
our shows are carefully colour co-ordinated. It may seem just to be a matter of
colour, but plays a very important role in the subconscious mind of the viewer.
Currently the home ware market in India is extremely fragmented in terms of different
segments be it kitchen utensils, cutlery, dinner ware and others. Our aim is to
ensure that a premium range of products are introduced that will be beneficial
to the well being of the contemporary consumer. This would also mean a more
streamlined process that removes the multiple layers of contamination during
washing, cooking, consumption and storage of food.”
While Chef Sanjeev Kapoor has been endorsing a wide range of
appliances and kitchen products in the past, this is the first time that he has
entered the lifestyle houseware segment through brand licensing deals. With a
focus on developing lifestyle houseware products, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor is
actively seeking brand licensing alliances with manufacturers, traders,
e-tailers and retailers aiming to bring trendy and high quality products into
every Indian household.
