After making an exciting announcement at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2023, about his upcoming mythological movie Hiranyakashyap, Actor-producer Rana Daggubati took to Instagram to unveil the concept teaser of his upcoming ambitious movie project. Sharing the concept teaser on social media, he wrote, "The demon king has arrived. Watch him come to life in our next project."
Inspired by one of the Amar Chitra Katha comics and backed by Rana's home banner Spirit Media, the teaser captures our attention with intriguing drawings of the mythological demon that the talented Rana Daggubati portrays. However, the sketches deftly conceal Rana's ultimate appearance as Hiranyakashyap, keeping his fans impatiently waiting for the big revelation. Driven by the mythological narrative of the demon king Hiranyakashapu, the titular role will be played by Rana Daggubati himself. The renowned writer-director Trivikram Srinivas is penning the script for this grand project.
Interestingly, Spirit Media is backing many projects which includes a
collaboration with Weekend Blockbusters, the producers of the 2021 Malayalam
superhero film Minnal Murali. This collaboration aims to launch the comic
character of Minnal Murali, who will find a home in the Indian comic magazine,
Tinkle. His Spirit Media company recently produced the Telugu web series Maya
Bazaar For Sale which is now streaming on Zee5.
